摘要：
Value stream mapping is a tried and tested method to analyze physical processes in production systems. However, business processes in IT systems, which plan and control these physical processes, are hardly considered. We therefore propose a concept to also map relevant IT processes. The aim is to analyze physical and business processes in interaction and to derive optimization measures for the production system as a whole. For automatic process modelling, we use process mining algorithms. © Carl Hanser Verlag GmbH & Co. KG
