摘要
The selection of suppliers in the supply chain is a crucial concern of organizations in the modern competitive business world. Since the performance of suppliers has a great impact on the success or failure of the supply chain, the resilient selection of suppliers is considered a key and strategic task. Also, classification of suppliers creates long-term competitive advantage throughout the supply chain. In this paper, important indicators were identified to achieve a resiliency for suppliers' selection. In this case, 27 indicators were identified from the literature. Then, the most important indicators were selected by using fuzzy Delphi method. In this phase, the opinions of automotive and spare parts experts in both academic and industry were collected. then, by using the BWM method, the weight of the extracted indicators was determined. Finally, the suppliers in an Iranian automobile company were ranked by using the MABAC method. The final results show that the factors of observability (W = 0.13), redundancy (W = 0.15), and (agility W = 0.21) are the most critical criteria for resilient selection.
