摘要
Laboratory accreditation is an important mean to evaluate the testing level of laboratory technology and management, and the verification of testing method and the evaluation of measurement uncertainty are the main ways to evaluate the technical ability of the laboratory. SO2, the main important air pollutant in iron and steel industry, was selected as the detection object, and the standard method of detection of SO2 by electrolysis method was verified, including detection limit, precision, accuracy. The concentration of SO2 from the outlet of a steel company was andyzed, and the validation results were superior to the standard method. The measurement uncertainty of SO2 was evaluated by analyzing and evaluating the influence factors of SO2 measurement in the flue gas of fixed pollution sources with flue gas analyzer. The final calculation showed that the expanded uncertainty of sulfur dioxide concentration was 6. 8% when the confidence probability was 95% and the inclusion factor was 2. © 2021, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd.
