THE FORMATION OF PEDAGOGICAL PROFESSIONAL INTERESTS IN THE ACADEMIC YEAR TEACHING STAFF

摘要
The Formation of Pedagogical Professional Interests towards pedagogical majors constitutes a social demand, achieved in the model, conceived for the future professional development of the Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages. In correspondence with what has been stated, it is important to recognize as an essential condition for the success of the professional activity the existence of a professional orientation based on solid professional interests, which will allow the performance of professional tasks with quality and efficiency, and at the same time it will allow the full satisfaction of the students in the exercise of it. In this sense, the teaching staff plays an essential role for the formation of these interests as the base link. The present research aims to assess the educational labour as part of the management of the year staff for the formation of these interests of first year students of the Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages, in Guantanamo. For this, methods such as the analysis -synthesis, induction -deduction and historical -logical were used to systematize the information from the documentary analysis. Different activities are applied to contribute to the formation of pedagogical professional interests from the teaching staff, reaching to the conclusion of continuing the searching of new conceptions in the educative labor in this sense.
