摘要
Limited by the characteristics of finite reserves and environmental pollution of fossil energy, it is necessary to focus on the impact of renewable energy in power system expansion planning. When planning the expansion of the power system, this paper considered the coordinated planning of generating units, transmission lines and demand response and discussed the impact of distributionally robust optimization to deal with load and wind uncertainties on system planning strategies. Firstly, a long-term distributionally robust optimization (DRO) planning model of generation transmission load coordination with demand response was proposed with the objective of minimizing investment and construction costs, operating costs, and penalty for loss of load and wind curtailment. Then, for the worst scenario in the second stage, a data driven ambiguity set was introduced to describe the uncertainty. The principal component analysis method was used to capture historical data information to reduce the conservativeness of the model, and reconstruct it into a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) model for solution through duality theory and affine decision rules. Finally, numerical case studied illustrate the effectiveness and scalability of the proposed expansion planning method. © 2021 Chin. Soc. for Elec. Eng.
