摘要
This study investigated the effect of different spray conditions on the droplet characteristics of flash spray. The characteristics of droplet size of flashing spray under different spraying conditions were analyzed using the effervescent injection model and the KHRT breakup model in the FLUENT discrete phase model of computational fluid dynamics software. The variation in droplet size under different conditions was analyzed. Results show that the average diameter of the spray droplets increases with increasing initial pressure of the spray fluid, and the trend gradually becomes slower. With the increase in diameter of the spray injection, the average diameter of the spray droplets initially increases and then decreases, and the trend becomes more obvious with the increase in the downstream distance of the spray. As the downstream distance increases, the average diameter of the droplets initially becomes smooth and then sharply increases. Copyright ©2020 Journal of Harbin Engineering University.
