Aggregator participate in distribution network investment model has become an emerging business model, this paper proposes a bi-level optimal configuration model for Distributed Energy Storage System (DESS) in distribution networks considering the participation of aggregators. Firstly, the investment comprehensive benefit of DESS and the network loss sensitivity are constructed. Then, DESS aggregators maximize the comprehensive benefit of DESS as the upper level objective function, and the distribution network operator minimizes the network loss sensitivity after the DESS is connected to the network as the lower level objective function, and the adaptive particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the upper and lower level respectively. Finally, the results of the example analysis verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed model and method. Through the coupling decision between the energy storage aggregator and the distribution network operator, and the benefits of different subjects can be achieved. ©2019, Power System Protection and Control Press.
