摘要
Rheometer was often used to determine the rheological parameters of mortar, but due to the differences in equipment and test parameters, the test results of different equipment were not comparable. Based on this, this work put forward two simple and practical methods for measu-ring the rheological parameters of mortar, i.e., marsh cone method and mini-slump method, and compared and analyzed the applicability of these two methods. The results showed that the selection of rheological model was related to the test method, and the H-B model was suitable for the marsh cone method and the Bingham model for the mini-slump method. The test results of marsh cone method were greatly affected by the gravity and inertia force of mortar, which led to the large discreteness of mortar plastic viscosity. However, the test results measured by using mini-slump method had small discreteness and high repeatability, which could effectively reduce influence of mortar gravity and inertial force, and this method was more suitable for testing mortar rheological parameters. © 2022, Materials Review Magazine.
