摘要
This study evaluated a hydraulic pump house in Iran by identifying and assessing potential failures. The research team used fuzzy Shannon entropy to determine the weight of risk priority number (RPN) criteria. A combination of WASPAS and FMEA methods was used to evaluate and rank failures. The proposed ranking closely aligned with expert opinions, demonstrating the model's effectiveness. Inadequate feeding rates were identified as the most critical failure. The study's findings suggest its applicability to other decision problems in uncertain conditions, emphasizing the impact of risk assessment indicators, cost index, and fuzzy uncertainty modeling on failure ranking.
