摘要
Emotional well-being in the new educational curriculum is considered a defining element and pedagogical principle of basic education. For that reason, emotional education aims to enhance the development of emotional competencies as an essential element of the integral development of the person. The main objective of this study focuses on analyzing the most recent scientific publications on how emotions influence and interact with adolescents aged 11-19 and teachers in the subject of Physical Education. For this purpose, through a bibliographic review, a specific keyword search was carried out in the databases Scopus, Dialnet, Web of Science, Education Resources Information Center (ERIC), APA PsycInfo, Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and Red de Revistas Cient & iacute;ficas de Am & eacute;rica Latina y el Caribe, Espa & ntilde;a y Portugal (REDALYC), where a total of 32 articles were selected. Of these, 28 belonged to the student category and four to the teacher category. The studies were classified according to emotional content: emotional intelligence, emotional competence or emotional perception. The analyzed publications show a positive relationship between emotional well-being and emotional intelligence. Non-competitive, cooperative and oppositional motor play is recommended as a good source of positive emotions. The perception and attribution of emotions is attributed by a series of variables: motor task, gender, educational center, academic year studied or culture and previous sports experience.
