摘要
A modal analysis of the electric motor automotive component is presented in this study. The frequency responses for the rotor component of the electric motor were computed using finite element method. Comparison of the stator and rotor components of the electric motor's overall deformation frequency findings from modal analysis is done. CATIA V5 is used as a tool to design the electric motor parts; it also helped in making complicated parts easier to assemble. The electric motor is discredited using ANSA, which transforms the domain into a mesh and instantly displays the failure element. The numerical approach is used to calculate modal vibrations. Rigid body and natural frequencies are computed and displayed in different modes to avoid resonance. The ANSYS finite element (FE) code is used to investigate the system. © 2022
