In this manuscript, we analyze the impact of electromagnetic field on non-static spherically symmetric compact objects within the framework of modified Gauss-Bonnet gravity. We formulate various analytical solutions that exhibit the evolution of charged stellar structures, incorporating Gauss-Bonnet corrections. To achieve this, we employ orthogonal splitting of the Riemann curvature tensor to describe the physical characteristics of compact structures using fundamental physical variables in the quadratic Gauss-Bonnet model. Additionally, we establish the mass function using the Misner-Sharp formalism and derive the transport equation to describe the diffusion approximated behavior.
