摘要
Effective knowledge management (KM) can be a critical source of long-term competitive advantages sustained for business organizations. This paper examines the effect of KM on performance in the Yemeni banking sector. The sample of paper included 150 workers from the Yemeni banking sector. The survey method is used to collect data, and we used descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis to examine the data (SPSS). The results found that KM positively and significantly influences performance of banking sector. The researchers recommended that the banking sector embrace the notion of KM by engaging in activities associated with it. According to the study, it is vital to offer training sessions for bank workers in Yemen to familiarize them with KM, its principles, and its significance to better comprehend their role in all KM-related operations.
