Treatment options for chronic kidney disease in type 1 diabetes

摘要：
Obwohl es eine Reihe neuer therapeutischer Ansatze gibt, die zu einer deutlichen Verbesserung der Ergebnisse bei Menschen mit Typ-2-Diabetes gefuhrt haben, ist das Risiko fur Nierenschaden und kardiovaskulare Ereignisse bei Typ-1-Diabetes nach wie vor deutlich erhoht. Die vorliegende ubersichtsarbeit geht der Frage nach, inwieweit die neuen Therapien zur Behandlung des Typ-2-Diabetes auch fur Menschen mit Typ-1-Diabetes und chronischen Nierenerkrankungen von Nutzen sein konnen.
