摘要
Facies-based rock-physics inversion is a tool that is generally employed in data-rich areas. It also can be useful in areas with little well control. This method was used to investigate the Cragganmore discovery in the West of Shetland in the United Kingdom. By utilizing wells outside of the seismic data set, a better-informed inversion can be created that can assist in future appraisal programs. © 2019 by The Society of Exploration Geophysicists.
