摘要
The last two years have seen an increase in self-harm. Alarms concern adolescents, as well as penitentiary institutions and the Army or Police. The causes underlying the increase in self-harm (organic, psychological and moral) are analyzed, as well as the organization of psychological and religious assistance that can remedy them. It then establishes the effectiveness of psychological and religious services, in prisons, and in the Army and Police, in order to strengthen self-esteem and the corresponding personal and institutional values. It concludes with a critical judgement and proposals for improvement.
