Non-enzymatic glucose sensor based on flexible MXenes/graphene-fiber with directly electrodeposited by NiS

摘要
The non-enzymatic glucose sensor was fabricated through direct synthesis of NiS on MXenes/graphene-fiber (GF) using a one-step electrodeposition. Under the optimal conditions ,NiS/MXenes/GF sensor exhibited excellent performance for the electrochemical detection of glucose,a wide linear response was obtained in the range of 2.5-5000 μµmol/L,with a low detection limit of 1.64 μµmol/L and a high sensitivity of 3951.35 μµA·L/(mmol·cm2). The results demonstrated that the prepared flexible fiber-shaped NiS/MXenes/GF microelectrode is capable of employing for an electrode material for biosensor. © 2023, Youke Publishing Co.,Ltd.
