摘要
In this paper, a coordinative optimization strategy of logistics scheduling and energy planning is proposed to realize the economic operation of port. The demand response program is implemented in the port logisticsenergy coordination optimization strategy to achieve peak load shifting. Furthermore, the scenario based conditional value -at -risk is applied to estimate the economic risk related to diverse uncertainties of wind output and multi -energy demands. With the aim of minimizing the port operation cost, a coordinative optimization problem is constructed based on the logistics -energy coupling characteristics, the demand response capacity of port flexible loads and the operation constraints of integrated energy system. The solution of the optimization problem determines the optimal berthing duration and shore power consumption of ships, assignment of quay cranes and yard cranes, output of integrated energy system and operation of flexible loads. Simulation results validated that the proposed strategy is effective in coordinating multi -energy and logistics scheduling, minimizing port operation cost, and resisting the risk of diverse uncertainties.
