<正> Molecular cloning technology has been graduallyused in the studies of parasitic diseases in China since1986.The information briefly reviewed here dealsmainly with:(1) the molecular cloning of immunogengenes related to Schistosome and Plasmodium;(2)adiagnostic DNA probe for malaria and toxoplasmosis;and (3) DNA probes for inter- and intra-specificdifferentiation of Leishmania,Schistosome,En-tamoeba,etc.
