<正>Recent years,one of the most striking findings in the field of biomedical science is the identification of miRNAs,which are small endogenous non-coding transcripts of*22nucleotides.miRNAs are thought to bind to the complementary sites in their 30-untranslated region(30-UTR)of target mRNAs,and in turn modulate the stability and translational potentiality of these mRNA targets.It has been well documented that miRNAs play important roles in various important biological processes including embryo-
