冠心病患者KIF6基因rs20455多态性及其与血糖、血脂水平的关系附视频

摘要：
目的了解冠心病患者驱动蛋白分子6(KIF6)基因rs20455多态性,并观察其与血糖、血脂水平的关系。方法 80例冠心病(CHD)患者(观察组),健康体检者147例(对照组),采用Taq Man等位基因终点法分析各组KIF6基因rs20455多态性,比较不同KIF6基因rs20455多态性基因型血脂、血糖水平。结果观察组KIF6基因rs20455多态性TT基因型29例、TC基因型36例、CC基因型15例、T等位基因频率58.8%、C等位基因频率41.2%,对照组分别为44、70、33例和53.7%、46.3%,两组基因型及等位基因频率比较,P均>0.05。KIF6基因rs20455多态性TT、CC+CT基因型的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、FBG水平比较,P均>0.05。结论冠心病患者KIF6基因rs20455多态性与正常人相似,且与患者血脂、血糖水平无关。
