摘要：
In the beginning there is shown the present situation in the animal production in Germany and Europe. The special aspects in the five new countries are considered as well. The structural development in animal production shows, that farmers have to meet many requirements f.e. from the point of View of farm economics, environmental and building laws. In the following the answers for the agricuitural and market politics as well as farm economics are drawn. In a 7-point-program a way for the future development is presented.
