Modern criminal policy on the fighting corruption

The paper analyzes the innovations that appeared in the modern criminal policy against corruption. There have been marked its traditional deficiencies which render it more effective. The authors make suggestions for improving anti-corruption laws, including the introduction of criminal liability for failing to take measures to prevent corrupt behavior of their employees. The focus is on increasing responsibility bribers, as which often serve entrepreneurs. There have been criticized the tendency to empowering entrepreneurs immunity from prosecution for crimes that are committed in the sphere of economic activity.
