摘要：

A variety of 2-aryl-2,3-dihydro-oxazolo[3,2 : 1,2]pyrrolo[3,4 : 3,2]pyridin-5?? -one and 2-aryl-2,3-dihydro-oxazolo[3,2 : 1,2]pyrrolo[3,4 : 2,3?? ]pyrrolo[3,4 : 2,3]pyridin-5-one were prepared. The absolute configuration of the chiral centers were studied thoroughly from which the structural and stereoformulae of these compounds were deduced by using nmr and micro-analysis technique.
