摘要
A new model for analysing discontinuities in MIC devices is proposed. The technique is based on the boundary element method. An MIC device with an arbitrarily shaped discontinuity can be treated as a one-dimensional problem. Two numerical examples are given to check the validity of the model. © 1990, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
