摘要
The aim of this work is to observe the growth of self-assembling organic layers. The use of multisine odd random phase impedance measurements developed at the laboratory makes it possible to follow the growth of the layers as a function of immersion time, as well as to evaluate the nonstationary and non-lineary behavior of the studied system. The impedance measurements were performed every 10 minutes for 210 minutes. The errors analyses allowed us to have a better fitting of our impedance spectra with an electrical equivalent circuit. The results of the fitting showed that this setup is useful to follow the growth of the layer.
