摘要：
The paper presents the results of research of the criminal market of oil and oil products that functions in Irkutsk region at present; it also enumerates key methods of theft, processing of oil and oil products as well as selling of the obtained fuel. The author points out the reasons for the existence of this phenomenon in the region under consideration and offers some options for its elimination.
