摘要
D- and L-isomers of lactic acid were separated by HPLC using an enantiomeric resolution column (TSK-gel Enantio L1, Tosoh, Tokyo), and the isomers produced by lactic acid bacteria were determined more easily and quickly compared with the enzyme method. Further, lactic acid types were defined for the purpose of identification of lactic acid bacteria.
