摘要
As demonstrated in this paper, the gaschromatographic determination of triglycerides allows the proof of falsification of fats. There are two stationary phases available for this kind of analysis: polar and non-polar. The polar phase can be recommended for high resolution separations. The non-polar phase can be used advantageous for simple separations, as this phase provides lower elution temperatures at increased maximal temperatures of the stationary phase. So this column can be conditioned better. The gaschromatographic determination of triglycerides is done at the - momentarily - upper limit of high temperature gaschromatography. Instrumental aspects, mainly the injection technique, have to be optimized for these requirements. It is recommended to work with an On-Column injector, but also a very good split injector can be used.
