摘要
Magnesium-lithium alloys have a very low density, a high specific ultimate tensile strength and high specific Young's modulus. These remarkable properties of the magnesium-lithium system and its alloys are described and previous applications and recent examinations are reported. Prospects of potential developments are given regarding to the future of these alloys.
