摘要：
A respirostat method of cultivation was developed. In respirostat conditions in which the growth of Candida utilis was controlled by the rate of oxygen consumption. a maximum yield coefficient of Y(X/S) = 0.84 g/g and a maximum protein content of 52% were obtained at an oxygen consumption rate of 0.9 mM/(g.h). Physiological activity appeared at q(O2) < q(O2) max.
