摘要：
The effect of the abrasive machining regimes of mirror surfaces of polycrystalline MOB copper on the degree of structural distortions of the surface layer is investigated experimentally. An analytical expression is proposed that satisfactorily describes the dependence of the halfwidth of the diffraction line on the removed layer for different machining regimes.
