摘要
It was established that all investigated glyprolines suppressed basal gastric acid secretion (GAS) in rats. Pro-Gly-Pro and Gly-Pro also inhibited GAS stimulated by carbachol and histamine. Pro-Gly did not influence on GAS stimulated by carbachol and histamine. The one of mechanisms of influence of glyprolines on GAS is stimulation of nitric oxide releasing, which leads to inhibition of basal and stimulated GAS. We conclude that glyprolines in the future can be used in medical practice for treatment of diseases associated with hypersecretion of acid.
