摘要
Aquaponics is a system of production of fish and vegetables used in several countries and accepted that it can be an important source of food. The aim of this study is to identify the support of the scientific literature on the relationship of health protection aquaponics with food and healthy eating. Insufficient scientific information to facilitate the promotion of the production of safe healthy eating to improve aquaponics products, although it is shown that they are capable of being integrated was observed. The observations support that should increase research and scientific publications on the aquaponcs as a source of safe and nutritious food to improve healthy food of the population.
