摘要
The purpose of the article is to define the concept of innovative culture through the prism of such property as self-regulation. The methodology of the research is to apply dialectically, analytical methods for the study of creative and self-regulating processes and phenomena in development and interconnections; functional and instrumental - to determine the role of innovation culture and self-regulation in their harmonious combination; comparatives approaches to revealing world-view, axiological differences in meaningful ideas about innovation and self-regulation. The scientific novelty consists in the fact that for the first time the question of the influence of the mechanism of self-regulation on the formation of innovation culture has been studied. Conclusions. The study concluded that interdependence and complimentarily between self-regulation and innovation culture were made. It has been established that the combination of these systems gives impetus to the development of the social network as a whole, which is also subject to synergistic influence. It has been determined that innovative culture and self-regulation act as universals that require a holistic role-based understanding as factors of society's development: a creative culture involves creating a positive atmosphere for the search and application of new means and ways of solving problems, since self-regulation inherent in it provides transformational transformations to the very system of innovation culture.
