摘要
We have prepared homogeneous semiconductive organic thin films by the radio frequency (rf) plasma polymerization of several kinds of aromatic compounds such as 1, 4, 5, 8-naphthalenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (NTCDA), diindeno[1.2.3-cd: 1',2',3'-Im]perylene (periflanthene) and violanthrone. Effects on electrical conductivity of rf power, size of condensed aromatic rings in the starting monomer and the sort of side groups attached to the aromatic rings were investigated by examining the structure and optical properties based on the IR, the UV-visible, and the ESR measurement. The results obtained were compared with those of plasma-polymerized thin films of 3, 4, 9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic dianhydride (PTCDA), 3, 4, 9, 10-perylenetetracarboxylic diimide (PTCDI) and perylene in our previous work.
