摘要
Although there has been a certain reduction in the mortality of traffic accident victims, the death rate of multiple injured patients remains high. The main aim of the emergency treatment is to check the vital functions of the cerebrum and the respiratory and the circulatory system and to steer the measures correctly by taking a systematic approach. Primarily a sufficient gasexchange and an adequate circulation has to be secured. By coordinating and guiding all persons an optimal result can lead to a further reduction of complications and improve prognosis.
