摘要
Current flow and heat treatment effects on resistivity and T(C) of organic superconductor (BEDT-TTF)2Cu(SCN)2 were studied. Heat treatment at 400 K for 10 min does not change substantially sample properties. At the same time current flow treatment leads to appearance Of substantial disorder in the sample.
