ICT as pedagogical resources for an inclusive professor

摘要
Todays society is going through deep changes, for that education needs to redefine itself and educate to have competent students, critical thinkers in a scenery in which the generation of knowledge has super passed the capacity of processing it. Ifs evident the need for professors to promote the integral education of the student, its autonomy and social adaptation, in addition to incorporate the ICT as a pedagogical resource that allows a personalized response to diversity in the classroom favoring their knowledge. For that matter, professors will find themselves before an emerging paradigm that is supported by technological advances, for this it's required that the professor train and become a competent user of ICT.
