摘要：

The article presents a new massive statistical source that has not been introduced into scientific usage yet - Tomsk agricultural census of 1901. The article gives historiographical evaluation of census materials on settlements and houses for study inner social-economical arrangement of peasant households in Western Siberia in the end of XIX - the beginning of XX century.
