摘要
A 1:2 scale, 9.8 m x 14.6 m (32 ft x 48 ft), model study of a livestock building was made to determine the pressure difference coefficients at the eave and ridge openings, and on the sidewalls. Relationships between the coefficient and the wind angle were obtained for wind angles ranging from 0-degrees to 180-degrees The wind angle that resulted in the maximum coefficient increased with the distance of wall and ridge taps from the upstream end of the building. The observed fluctuations in pressure differences across ridge and eave openings due to the zero degree wind (parallel to ridge) indicated where the airflow started to reattach to the building envelope.
