摘要
Leads to follow for a successful action search : the paper exposes some defining elements of an Action search in comparison to a more traditional research method on one side and leading a project on the other. It shows the involvements as well as the expected results followed by the steps of an action search by focusing on the evaluation phases both at the beginning and the end of the project. The participants are welcome to use this paper to incorporate their professional experience into an Action Search.
