摘要
The objective of the paper is to describe some of the Socioeconomic benefits for the Economic Integration of public regional goods: freight train and passengers in Central America. Thus, for the purposes of developing the research study, the explanatory-descriptive-relational method has been used to explain and exemplify the conditions in which the use of a cargo and passenger train is used. Hence, it is induced that such ordinances, achieve a degree of facilitation and streamlining the transport of goods and people, which will be incorporated into a specific regime. Achieving a growth in the efficiency of the use of resources, whether of the services, the customs authorities or the auxiliaries of the public function in terms of the time used for each procedure, ie an increase in productivity. However, an in-depth study must be carried out to assess the aspects detailed in the document with greater precision and in a future application in the regional territory.
