摘要
Two novel mixed-mode quadrature oscillators using a single FDCCII are realized. The oscillators enjoy attractive features such as low component count, use of grounded passive components suitable for monolithic implementation, non-interactive frequency control in one of the two circuits and generation of both voltage and current outputs simultaneously. The proposed oscillator circuits are designed and verified with excellent results using the proposed PSPICE model of FDCCII.
