摘要：
Computer-aided design and manufacturing are key elements in shaping our future, and smaller and more flexible systems are now becoming available for the smaller firm. This paper has been prepared to guide the manager through the systems now being developed which could be of value to the small to medium-size company. These include: CAD/CAM; production control systems; machining centers; group technology; data bases; robotics; graphics; and machine tool control systems.
