Problems Related to Coastal Occupation and Suggested Solutions

Recently, as the tourism emerged as an important sector for the economy of the country, it is required to evaluate our habits for utilizing the coasts of our country bordered on three sides by water and our legal rules regulating this issue in terms of general social benefits owing to newly emerged problems and needs. In our article, firstly types of the coastal occupation are determined; then legal situations of them are evaluated in view of the judicial decisions by considering whether these occupations meet any need; and finally solutions to these detected problems are listed as concrete regulations.
