摘要
The aerodynamics of viscous counter-rotating jets flowing through opposed porous disks of infinite radial extent and finite axial separation distance is investigated theoretically. It is found that viscous effects remove the resonance phenomena obtained earlier in the analysis of inviscid problem. The calculated velocity profiles are presented for a representative range of Reynolds and Rossby numbers. Also, the variation of the stretch rates with the jet angular velocity in viscous flow is found to be in good qualitative agreement with the previous experimental observations of premixed and diffusion flame extinction.
