In this paper we present the calculation of the gluon-gluon contribution to the Drell-Yan K-factor. The size of the cross section for g + g → V + 'X' is compared with those coming from the three other subprocesses, i.e. q + q → V + 'X', q + g → V + 'X'and q + q → V + 'X'. Furthermore, the dependence of the K-factor on the factorization and renormalization scales is analyzed for the current and future colliders. © 1990.
