MODERN TOOLS OF TRANSPORT ORGANIZATION MANAGEMENT

Financial accounting provides to management of a transport organization comprehensive information on its activities. This information is indeed relatively detailed, but not enough. Therefore, in practice, organizations have developed term managerial accounting such as term for the complex information needed for a successful managerial work. Managerial accounting belongs to the modern tools of organization management, since its content is in principle not subject to off-site control. The success of the organization is not decided only by department in which they operate, but also by used managerial tools and methods.
