摘要：
The work reveals the problem of financial stability of banking institutions, which in financial crisis appears very relevant and very important for effective functioning of the whole banking system of Ukraine. The author was improved the methodology for assessment of banking institutions' financial stability and as a crisis measure proposed creating a new regulator - Agency crisis management activities of banks.
